Uzbekistan is reducing gas dependence: “green” energy increased by 23%

The share of renewable sources in the country`s total generation increased by 23%. The sun and wind are gradually replacing natural gas from the energy balance.



This means less gas burned - and, in theory, more for heating and industry.
